Alessandro Frigerio
Architect and Urban Designer PhD
With a PhD in architecture and urban design, he works on processes of urban regeneration and sustainable development, with particular attention to public space and the landscape from a trans-scalar perspective. He has carried out projects, provided consultancy and done research on these themes in Europe, Africa and the Middle East for various private developers, public institutions and international cooperation agencies, in part through his collaborations with Milan Polytechnic’s Department of Architecture and Urban Studies (DAStU), where he is now a research fellow and adjunct professor.
