The former casera of Brescia is part of an area of ​​104,000 square meters that hosted the General Warehouses in the 1930s. The architectural project of Dante O.Benini&Partners, in collaboration with Daniel Libeskind, provides a mix of public functions, residences, business premises, offices and green spaces in close contact with the surrounding builtings. The territory permeability is the origin of the outdoor spaces, that are characterized by a great amount of vegetation that absorbs and connects the most intimate and collective spaces.
