Gran Visconti Palace

In a former mill on the edge of the city center, a 5,000 square meter garden can accommodate many activities: restaurant, outdoor bar, various events. The garden was designed for the first time on the roofs of the underground garages, and it recalls the classic design that is used in the indoor spaces. An oak curtain surrounds the green and minimizes the presence of the near buildings as well as a series of panels covered with climbing plants. A long, narrow fountain with spurts of different heights represents the daytime and nighttime scenery in front of the restaurant and the open-air bar. The blooming of plants and perennials enclosed by sculpted hedges of boxwood and rosemary ensures chromatic effects throughout the whole year.
